Course Overview
The Foundation Program in Acting is a 3-month course designed for beginners who want to build a strong base in acting and prepare for performances in film, television, and OTT platforms. The program introduces students to the essential principles of acting, voice, movement, and screen performance.
The course focuses on developing the actor from within—working on confidence, awareness, imagination, and emotional truth—while gradually introducing the technical aspects of acting for the camera. Students learn how to understand scripts, build characters, and perform with authenticity.
A key strength of the program is its balanced approach—drawing from ancient Indian acting traditions as well as globally recognized Western techniques, along with dedicated training in voice, speech, and diction
Through practical exercises, improvisation, and on-camera practice, students gain the confidence and skills needed to take their first steps into acting. The program culminates in a final performance/short project, preparing students for auditions and further professional training.
